You know the type. Impossible to recruit, because he doesn’t care about anything humans care about. Impossible to manage, because he only cares about his own projects and not the broader agenda.
Impossible to live without, because his creativity and innovation is not matched.
Cooperation isn’t for everyone.
I used to think these guys were just people you had to deal with until it blows up. Quit, fire, etc.
