Verizon is a bunch of morons.
1. Today VZ Wireless called to tell me my phone was about to be disconnected because I set up autopay for my brand new line right after they had ‘already printed’ my (paperless) bill. So the balance was not autopaid, is 2 months late, and I have to manually pay it or they’ll cut me off.
2. Today VZ landline guy with a bluetooth hanging off his face walks into our office to troubleshoot our DSL (which already works). He discovers after 2 hours we have two Verizon lines, that we have been charged for it for 4 months, and that we have to call someone else to get a refund.
