Fascinating learning experience for me yesterday meeting someone I quite admire.
She’s a busy person with a bunch of teams working on many projects. Here is an awesome learning from one of those teams:
They keep a clipboard on the wall with Stuff For Tina. A list of things they need their leader to decide, opine, direct, react.
She drops in whenever. Serendipitous. They never know when and she can’t make it reliable.
So: the list is waiting.
