This thing is just great –> great for aspiring founders, great for the economy, a promising model of education generally, and I especially like how they manage relations with mentors like me. (Hurray for me! I’m a top 5 rated mentor in the NY FI)
Most Meetups are kind of lame about it and end up only attracting ego-trippers or self-promoters to speak. So you don’t get such good stuff up there in my opinion.
