Entrepreneurial types

Here are three types:

One. The midcareer dropout.
+ knows an industry well
– probably risk averse. That’s why it took a long time
– so expensive as a result
– and doesn’t know how to do things cheap/seat of pants

Two. The first time founder
+ energy
+ perspective is fresh
– reinvents everything…how to get an office, how to do a login
– bad with people/managing

Three: The failed founder.
+ knows how to do things
– cynical/skeptical about big potential

And of course there is the repeat successful founder. No elaboration needed.
