8 years ago. Some guys figured we would put sensors on everything and track
stuff. They were right — Q4 was something like $500mm revenue in the US
for smart activity trackers. They were just early, they started working on
it in like 2006! I mean, it was still TheFacebook pretty much. So they
burned a lot of cycles.
But they soldiered on, and they made it.
