Let’s make some predictions. I think these are true. Let’s see.
1. Luxury watch sales will fall. Rich people will buy Apple Watch and replace some of their fancy analog watch buys.
2. Watch brands will start making Apple Watch accessories the way the luxury leather brands made iPhone cases.
3. Since analog watches are useful offline, so will the Apple Watch tell time and look nice when away from an iPhone.
4. The Watch will do better than iPad in revenue terms, since there isn’t any PC-based replacement factor.
5. Apple Pay will double when the watches hit the street.
6. Putin will not wear one.
