Experiment on how to run a meeting

Inspiration, from presentations to Bezos:

I say “presentations” and you probably think PowerPoint, but no: he outlawed PowerPoint there many years ago. It’s not allowed on the campus. If you present to Jeff, you write it as prose.

via Steve Yegge – Google+.

Idea:

No presentation of any kind. You can bring your own notes. But I will not look at your prose, charts, or anything else. But you can talk, write, and draw stuff *in the meeting* (on paper, on a whiteboard, whatever).

I’ll let you know how it goes.
